Details and Regulations

Show respect for the driver and follow the driver's instructions. Client is responsible for any damages to the bus or its equiptment, accidentally or otherwise. Violence will not be tolerated.

• We accept money orders, cash and with proper ID, check and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
• Payment of full lease is to be paid upon arrival unless full payment is paid in advance. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any return checks or bad credit card processing
• Starting and ending times must be enforced. 
• The Paranormal Express is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles during the ride or articles left behind after the ride has ended
• There is NO SMOKING allowed on the bus
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside of the bus during the trip
• Paranormal Express driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deems to be using an illegal substance
• Paranormal Express is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during or after the ride. Driver has the right to inspect ID's and containers of passengers who appear underage
• Paranormal Express can not by law, supply alcohol to/ for clients. Guests must provide their own alcohol
• For any actions such as fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, harassment toward the driver, staff, or anyone else in or around Paranormal express the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip the client will be responsible to find other transportation and forfeits full fare as a result
• If a passenger should vomit in or on the bus there will be a charge of $100.00 payable to the driver or charged to the client's credit card. The driver will pull over when safe to do so
• By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that Paranormal Express and its employees are not responsible for any claims for injures, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride
